Oaks, together with Trinity Oaks Retirement Community, form Rowan County's only
continuing care retirement community. Whether you are looking for an
independent living apartment, assisted living services, skilled nursing care,

Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks offers compassionate care and personal attention

Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks strives to
provide older adults with quality care and quality of life. Founded in 1976,
state-of-the-art rehabilitation services were added in 2005. In 2007, a one
million dollar renovation of existing services was completed. The Virginia
Casey Center, a special wing dedicated to the needs of people with Alzheimer's
disease and memory impairment, was also completed in 2007. Respite and vacation

State-of-the-art rehabilitation services offer
speech, physical and occupational therapies to those seeking short-term or
long-term care. Therapy is offered on-site seven days a week. Therapists work
closely with your physician to improve your strength, balance and coordination,
help with issues related to memory, comprehension, or hearing loss, and assist
with adaptive techniques and devices.
